Can Licode help me redistribute a RTSP livestream?

I was wondering if Licode would be a good solution for my problem.

I’m currently trying to implement a server that can receive a RTSP livestream from an IP camera and distribute/broadcast it to whatever client that tries to see it.

Basically:
IPCamera>>RTSP livestream>>Server>>RTSP livestream>>Client
______________________________________________ >>Client
______________________________________________ >>Client

I tried to use the Licode solution, but it doesn’t seem to do what I want.
