Max number of connections / viewers

Hi,

I would love to know what the max number of connections / viewers are? Has
anyone tested this before?

Thanks
Jules

I’ve tested 12 broadcasters, so it is 132 active outgoing video streams.
I’ve tested it on very minimal configuration: 3GB memory, 2 core CPU. All
works fine. Then I’ve added 13 broadcaster and it crashed.2015-02-27 11:39 GMT+03:00 secondreserve@gmail.com:

I tested a scenario with 10 clients. You need a powerful server(MCU) to
handle it.

We’ve successfully had 800 subscribers split among 25 publishers. Not
everyone saw the same publishers, though.

We also set the bandwidth for streams fairly low (~200 kbit/s).

I tested a scenario with 10 clients. You need a powerful server(MCU) to
handle it.

Thanks for your feedback!

Daniel what server hardware did you use?On Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 10:46:16 AM UTC+1, Jules Bloemen wrote:
