I would like to know what happens when ExternalOutput is handling a RTP
packet and the user stops the recording.
Are these two pieces of codec protected with a mutex or something ?

Hi Yannick,
You are right, there can be synchronisation issues there. I have changed it so now it works like WebRTCConnections, with a correctly synchronised packet queue.
Thanks for pointing that out! Hopefully it will fix some potential problems.
