No ready event when publishing a stream

Hello,

We are using licode and it’s a great platform so far.
Sometimes, i had a problem with ready event while publishing a stream.
Actually, I dont get the ready event of a after publishing a stream,
although, the peer connection is established.
Does anybody know what’s the matter?

and it’s very related to the bandwidth capacity. No one has an idea?
