Today, with no configuration changes, I started having problems with all of
my users being able to publish and subscribe to each other. It wasn’t a
global problem – in a room of nine people, certain people couldn’t see or
hear other certain people.
There were over 1500 warnings in my erizo log file of the sort:
WARN: WebRtcConnection - Unknown SSRC 2177761282, localVideo 1468478093,
remoteVideo 55543, ignoring
WARN: WebRtcConnection - Unknown SSRC 2412642309, localVideo 3444872829,
remoteVideo 55543, ignoring
WARN: dtls.SSL - error in DTLS1 read hello verify request A
WARN: dtls.SSL - error in SSLv3 read server certificate request A
WARN: dtls.SSL - error in SSLv3 read server done A
WARN: dtls.SSL - error in SSLv3 read server hello A
WARN: dtls.SSL - error in SSLv3 read server key exchange A
WARN: dtls.SSL - error in SSLv3 read server session ticket A
WARN: dtls.SSL - error in before/connect initialization
I’ve seen these dtls.SSL warnings before, but never so many of them.
Any thoughts on how to debug this issue?
Hi Chad,
We’re investigating this, it’s caused by the recent update to Chrome 53. However, this does not affect connectivity. You can safely set SSL logs to ERROR if you want to avoid the noise. We’ll keep you posted.–
