Hi All,

I am facing screen Share Delay at subscribers side. And sometimes screen share is stuck.

Any idea about this?

maybe some more info will help.
are you in a p2p scenario, or are your path going thru the server?
what browser are you using? chrome - chrome / firefox - firefox / chrome to firefox?
who is publishing?
are you in the same local network or in two different networks?
which is the throughput of each?
at which resolution are you publishing?
is the publisher CPU at full load?
what do you men “delayed”? milliseconds / seconds?

please, when asking something be more specific if you expect a technical answer.

are you in a p2p scenario, or are your path going thru the server?
@Hemanth : Going through server (publishing => licode (cloud AWS) <= subscribing)

what browser are you using? chrome - chrome / firefox - firefox / chrome to firefox?
@Hemanth : chrome-chrome (v57.0.2987.133)

who is publishing?
@Hemanth : since chrome-chrome … I don’t think it differentiate right?

are you in the same local network or in two different networks?
@Hemanth : Both publisher and subscriber are in same network. But note that licode is running on Amazon cloud Instance.

which is the throughput of each?
@Hemanth : publisher (300-500 kbps - send; 110-140 kbps receive), subscriber (windows 7 … It is showing Network Utilization 0.54%) … I am not clear about how to capture the exact values.

at which resolution are you publishing?
@Hemanth : These are the parameters
strmAttr.setMinHeight(360);
strmAttr.setMaxHeight(720);
strmAttr.setMinWidth(640);
strmAttr.setMaxWidth(1280);
strmAttr.setMaxVideoBw(1024);

is the publisher CPU at full load?
@Hemanth : 40-50% Max.

what do you men “delayed”? milliseconds / seconds?
@Hemanth : Mostly it got stuck for ~1-2 mins

Also note that … sometimes … delay is ~5-10 seconds.

NOTE: Initial 5-10 mins … it is fine. Issue occurs after that.
