Streaming a Recorded Stream (.mkv) with erizofc (Server -> Client)

I would like to ask when this feature will be available in Licode.
I assume there are a number of problems to deal with and I would like to
check how we can contribute to this.

From what I saw in the code, it may be possible to do it, video only.

There should be a way to do this using the externalOutput class. Didnt try
