Socket.Io error!

Hi All,

I have configured Licode server on a local network natted with public IP.
when i start basic example the stream is not getting published from public
network and says
http://192.168.1.236:8080/socket.io/1/?t=1440002858297 Failed to load
resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

can any one help on this
