Hi All,
We have configured Licode MCU in private network and Natted with public IP
and opened below ports in firewall
8080,443.3000,3001
30000-31000 - UDP
Attached is the licode_config file with the necessary changes
we are able to connect to the mcu but after some time audio and video
getting blocked and video get stucks.
checked the console log also but there is nothing regarding stream failed
immediatily when we try again it says ice connection failed and stream
failed
it works sometimes only, but video will get stucks after sometime
Please let me know what all ports need to be opened

Hi Naresh,
Looking to your config file I can see that you haven’t defined the ports
(config.erizo.minport and config.erizo.maxport), that can be the reason of
the fails. Otherwise I’d need more information to identify any other
possible problems.
